Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program & Operations Analyst to support the Navy SSP SP25 Infrastructure Branch Head in Washington, DC.

The role encompasses executive calendar management, briefing preparation, and cross‑stakeholder coordination. You will track actions, develop procedures to improve performance, and coordinate meetings and minutes while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Full-time work at Washington Navy Yard.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
• 5+ years providing administrative support to senior leaders with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Desired: Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
• Experience in SSP.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support and calendar management for the branch head, including preparing briefings and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Track tasks and formal actions through enterprise systems; assist with briefings at the Three‑Star level; develop policies to improve performance.
• Provide meeting logistics support and create comprehensive meeting minutes; handle sensitive information with discretion.
