Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Analyst for the Washington, DC area to support the Nuclear-Armed SLCM-N program.

You will conduct program analysis with emphasis on risk management, decision management, and SETR events, gathering and presenting information to stakeholders. You will collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and customers to ensure objectives are met on schedule and within budget while coordinating with subcontractors and the client for timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in STEM).
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience with DoD acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct program analysis and planning focusing on risk management, decision management, and SETR events.
• Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements.
• Develop and maintain planning tools and artifacts for stakeholders.
