Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst to support the Naval Special Warfare program office (PMS 340) in Alexandria, VA, full-time with occasional remote work.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in a technical or business field, 7–10 years of relevant experience, Navy program exposure, and a Secret clearance; a Master's, PMP, and NSW program experience are preferred. SPA offers a robust compensation package and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
• 7–10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research or financial/cost analysis.
• Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Secret clearance.
• Master's Degree in a business or technical field.
• PMP or equivalent certificate.
• >10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research or financial/cost analysis.
• Familiarity with Deep Submergence System - Scope of Certification programs.
• Significant experience with Naval Special Warfare programs.
• Experience with Small Arms acquisition programs or NSW SAP.

Responsibilities

• This role will support the Naval Special Warfare program office, PMS 340.
• The Program Analyst will report full-time to a contractor site in Alexandria, VA, with occasional remote work available.
