Responsibilities

• Support a Program Manager and Program Control team on a high-priority Navy program.
• Assist with budgeting and acquisition processes, including proposals and vendor qualifications.
• Analyze requirements to support future labor, equipment and facilities budgeting and tracking obligations.
• Develop and execute an integrated resource allocation and budget execution strategy.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate funding options and program tradeoffs.
• Monitor performance against plans to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met.
