Job summary

SAIC is seeking a versatile Program & Business Operations Analyst to join our team. You will act as a key operational anchor, bridging program coordination, data analysis, and technical deliverable support.

Your typical week will involve data validation in Excel, extracting metrics in ServiceNow, coordinating deliverables in SharePoint, drafting visual process flows in Visio, and building executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in business analysis, program coordination, or operations.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass CJIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis, validation & reporting across datasets (Excel & ServiceNow).
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards and data models for operational trends and SLAs.
• Map and document end-to-end business workflows using Visio; define rules and automation needs for ServiceNow.
• Coordinate deliverables, track milestones, manage PMO activities in SharePoint.
• Create executive PowerPoint decks and status briefings for leadership and clients.
