Job summary

Ameriprise is seeking an Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) Program Manager to lead multi-event programs, ensure alignment with leadership priorities, and drive governance and risk initiatives. You will manage onboarding/offboarding of senior recruiters and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong communication, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position is hybrid with in-office collaboration four days a week and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project management tools and Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of EAR recruiting events, including VIP, Leadership Conferences, Search Firm Summit, and town halls with plans, timelines and execution.
• Develop and manage forward-looking agendas for senior-leader meetings and strategic forums; translate decisions into ownership.
• Lead liaison for BUCL, BCP, ADTRAX submissions and related governance/risk programs; onboard/offboard Recruiting Directors/Divisional Directors.
