Ameriprise is seeking an Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) Program Manager to lead multi-event programs, ensure alignment with leadership priorities, and drive governance and risk initiatives. You will manage onboarding/offboarding of senior recruiters and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong communication, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position is hybrid with in-office collaboration four days a week and one day remote.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple business-critical programs within Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR), including recruiting events, organizational compliance and risk programs, and workforce onboarding and offboarding. Partners with EAR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify priorities, shape strategic agendas, make informed business decisions, and drive initiatives from planning through implementation. Accountable for program effectiveness, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
