• Proven track record managing complex projects and organisational change in high-velocity environments.
• Solid grounding in core HR disciplines and organisational development.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret workforce metrics.
• Ability to bring order to fluid environments with clear roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong organizational detail orientation with delivery planning.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and computational biology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end programs for strategic People initiatives with structured delivery.
• Build capacity models across the People Team and optimize workloads.
• Assess operations, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable processes.
• Collaborate with People Partners and department leaders to define scopes.
• Develop clear communications for rollouts to scientists and engineers.
• Identify interdependencies and manage blockers to protect timelines.
• Coach teams through change and adoption of new working norms.
• Measure outcomes with meaningful metrics to drive improvements.
