Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a People Strategic Programs Manager to scale People ops across geographies and business models. You’ll partner with IT/Legal/Finance, manage the cadence of leadership and planning cycles, and lead multi-quarter initiatives like M&A playbooks, UK hiring infra, ATS transitions, and HRIS evaluations.

You will map and optimize People workflows with AI opportunities, while ensuring governance and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across G&A functions with ability to design multi-quarter initiatives.
• Strong business and process design skills including requirements gathering and change management.
• Experience coordinating across boundaries without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run the People team's recurring cadence: all-hands, leadership meetings, quarterly planning cycles (OKRs), annual strategy planning, and offsites.
• Design and implement a documented planning process that removes ad hoc coordination and reduces SVP time spent on operations.
• Own headcount planning and forecasting: build scenarios, identify HC needs by function, and feed strategic planning cycles.
• Execute major multi-quarter initiatives: M&A playbook, UK equity/visa infrastructure, ATS migration, HRIS evaluation.
• Partner with Director of People Operations on prioritization, scope, and sequencing.
• Key timelines: Ashby migration by Dec 2026; UK infra documented and operational by Jan 2027; HRIS vendor narrowed by May 2027; M&A playbook tested by Q4 2026.
• Map People workflows to identify AI opportunities; conduct workflow audit and roll out a few high-impact AI solutions.
• Be a thought partner to the SVP, pulling execution off her plate and enabling strategy-level work.
