Job summary

Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and growth in advanced manufacturing.

You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success, build detailed plans, track KPIs, and manage budgets to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role offers a base salary range of $103,000–$134,000 with annual bonus; travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in program or project management, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams on improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify improvements.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and identify automation opportunities.
• Champion lean principles and operational best practices.
