Job summary

Waterford Country School is seeking an ITTC Administrator to lead day-to-day operations for its Intensive Treatment Centers, under the Program Director. The role focuses on managing staff, coordinating treatment services, and ensuring compliance with licensing and COA standards.

This position requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field with appropriate licensure, plus experience in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred in Social Work or related field with LMSW/LMFT-A or LPC license or license eligible.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a residential program.
• Extensive experience with behavioral health treatment and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in hiring, orienting and evaluating ITTC staff.
• Develop and train staff programs and participate in agency training.
• Manage personnel records and performance evaluations.
• Oversee programming of recreational activities and wellness practices.
• Provide clinical care to at least two cases.
• Cover clinical care in absence of ITTC Clinician.
• Oversee treatment plan development and evaluation.
• Supervise payroll and monitor overtime and time-off in Paycom.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, COA, QA standards.
• Collaborate on transition planning and community linkages.
• Maintain confidential client records and program admin data.
