Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate extensive experience with children/adolescents in residential setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure safety and program adherence.
• Experience with intake procedures, documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and staff during assigned shift and maintain shelter operations.
• Oversee safety and stability of all residents; communicate with on-call administrator and CEO as directed.
• Complete shift reports and ensure staff reporting is accurate and timely.
• Oversee intakes of new admissions; maintain documentation accuracy.
• Develop and implement recreational and enrichment activities; manage shelter vehicles.
