Job summary

Ochsner Health System in the United States seeks a senior project manager to lead strategic initiatives across healthcare operations, finance, and organizational development. You will own multiple projects through full lifecycle and drive effective communications with stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant fields and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). You will coach leaders and deliver program management training to staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, public health, healthcare administration or related field
• Master’s degree in related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Organizational Development including 1 year PM/CM/PI OR 3 years with Master’s
• CAPM or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt/Master Change Agent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, close
• Develop and execute project communications with stakeholders and program manager
• Coach and train leaders through strategic program management initiatives
• Perform coaching/consulting across PM, CM, and PI disciplines
