Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Increase the bandwidth of regional leadership to focus on operational initiatives.
• Lead coordination and execution of regional rhythms and processes.
• Establish accountability with milestones and measurements in plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and monitor regional change initiatives with senior leadership.
• Align stakeholders on priorities through comprehensive communication plans.
• Synthesize analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
