General Matter, a US-based company focused on advanced nuclear fuel production, is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across external affairs, government engagement, and operations. You will coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support permitting efforts, public engagement, and stakeholder relations, while navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or related leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic programs supporting company growth, external engagement, and operational priorities.
• Support government relations activities with federal, state, and local agencies and stakeholders.
• Help manage community engagement initiatives, public outreach efforts, and local stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, site visits, and engagement activities with government officials, regulators, industry partners, and community organizations.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, action trackers, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
• Track permitting, regulatory, and external engagement activities and follow up.
• Support development of presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and external communications.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and execution gaps and drive resolution.
