Job summary

General Matter, Inc. is building a domestic supply of enriched uranium and aims to power America’s energy future from a Los Angeles base. As a Project Manager on the Manufacturing team, you will own core workstreams, drive them to completion, and ensure flawless execution with accountability.

You will coordinate procurement, vendor management, security and compliance, facilities logistics, and documentation—critical tasks to keep operations running cleanly and moving rapidly.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Demonstrable reliability and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and trackers.
• Proactive, reliable communicator on status.

Responsibilities

• Chase down blockers and keep workstreams moving.
• Manage vendors across projects to ensure schedule and execution.
• Automate routine tasks using AI and process management.
• Coordinate construction buildout logistics.
• Own documentation and data hygiene across tools.
• Maintain trackers and status updates for workstreams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Supply Chain.
