General Matter in Los Angeles seeks a Project Manager for the Manufacturing team to run core operational workstreams—procurement, vendor management, security and compliance coordination, facilities logistics, and documentation.

You will own each workstream end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, and rapid progress as General Matter builds a domestic supply of enriched uranium and strengthens America's energy future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–3 years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Experience in high-rigor environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Chase down blockers and keep workstreams moving.
• Manage vendors across projects to ensure schedule and timely execution.
• Automate routine tasks using AI and process management.
• Coordinate construction buildout logistics.
• Own documentation and data hygiene across operational tools.
• Maintain trackers and status updates.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Supply Chain.
