Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing programs in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with new product development, introduction, and high-volume production.
• Experience in customer-facing roles leading technical engagements.
• Strong program, risk, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with tools for tracking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer advocate to build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout program lifecycles using technical and program management expertise.
• Serve as subject matter expert to provide guidance and maintain alignment between internal teams and customers.
• Monitor program milestones and adjust plans to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Facilitate regular communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the quality management system.
