Job summary

MISUMI Americas is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to partner with enterprises and startups, guiding products from development through mass production. You will work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain high quality across the product lifecycle.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, align internal teams with customer goals, and contribute to a world-class supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with NPD and NPI in high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to lead complex, consultative technical engagements with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer advocate and manage programs from NPD/NPI to mass production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes.
• Lead regular status meetings with customers and internal teams.
