Job summary

Amazon Transportation Services seeks a Strategic Program Logistics Coordinator to own governance cadence, initiative tracking, and process improvements. You will ensure visibility, cross-functional alignment, and rigorous delivery from ideation through execution.

The role connects strategic planning and tactical execution, facilitating stand-ups, maintaining dashboards, and coordinating AI/ML infrastructure needs across multiple initiatives. Strong coordination and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas).
• Experience managing large data sets and using them to drive performance and improvements.
• Experience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating between technical teams, peers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and monthly goal cycles.
• Maintain initiative tracking system and dashboards.
• Coordinate AI/ML infrastructure requirements across initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs for Carrier Services.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and prepare leadership status updates.
