Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional pharmaceutical/healthcare project or program management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with timeliness and within scope.
Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PM for Medical Affairs initiatives, programs, and strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Facilitate governance and decision-making; align activities with POAs.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and tracking expenditures; develop dashboards.
