Job summary

Keytronic seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee strategic programs, manage RFQ, NPI, and CPT processes, and lead cross-functional launch teams. This role focuses on maximizing profitability and revenue growth through disciplined program execution and robust documentation.

You will report to higher management, coordinate with global teams, and drive improvements in core program processes while mentoring junior managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.

Responsibilities
