• 5+ years of program management in precision manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing $1M+ customer portfolios.
• Knowledge of RF/microwave interconnects and fabrication.
• Familiarity with MIL-PRF standards, FAIs and AS9100

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for strategic accounts post-award.
• Lead reviews, forecasts, and schedule alignment with internal teams.
• Drive NPI transitions from design to scalable production.
• Identify risks and implement recovery plans to protect schedules.
