Job summary

Keytronic seeks a Test Engineering Leader to direct daily activities of the Test Engineering team and provide engineering support to maximize team effectiveness. You will manage budgets, assign work, set goals, and monitor performance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across sites.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing/test engineering, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering on NPI processes and design transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/test engineering.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and statistical methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day activities for the Test Engineering team.
• Serve as engineering project leader and manage the team’s budget.
• Oversee NPI processes and ensure seamless design transfer between sites.
• Coordinate quotes for new production models and participate in design reviews.
• Develop and execute functional manufacturing engineering roadmaps.
