Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in program management or strategy consulting.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Thought leadership and strategic consulting to identify opportunities and drive progress.
• Plan, organize, and lead a program management team across sub-projects.
• Ensure adherence to standard program management practices and models.
• Prepare updates and executive-level reporting on risks, roadblocks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance to oversee project costing and financial targets.
