Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees program management staff to ensure work is completed on time and to standard
• Develops and implements program processes and policies with senior input
• Directs program management activities and coordinates with other department leaders
• Reviews planning, budgeting, staffing and performance of corporate programs
• Presents programs status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Leads and mentors staff with responsibility for hiring, performance and disciplinary actions with HR concurrence
