Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a strategic and hands‑on leader to run Experienced Advisor Recruiting programs in Minneapolis. You will own end‑to‑end management of events—VIP gatherings, Leadership Conferences, Search Firm Summit, and town halls—and drive consistent execution.

You will establish program plans, timelines, roles, communications, and onsite plans, resolving complex issues, and partnering with EAR leadership on senior‑level agendas and risk governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years relevant experience required.
• Proficient in standard office and project mgmt apps (MS Office).
• Experience owning multiple complex initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, networking and influencing.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple programs in Experienced Advisor Recruiting.
• Own end-to-end management of recruiting events including VIP, Leadership Conferences, Search Firm Summit and town halls.
• Establish program plans, timelines, roles, decision points, communications, registration, content, onsite execution and follow-up.
• Assess and resolve complex participant, field leader, candidate, vendor, and operational issues.
• Partner with EAR leadership to develop agendas for senior-leader meetings and strategic forums.
• Identify issues, coordinate executive-ready content, and translate decisions into ownership and action.
