Job summary

• Strong project management and logistics skills.
• Experience coordinating hotels, venues, AV, and travel.
• Comfortable working with global teams and vendors.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruiting-related conferences and events from start to finish.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, venues, and travel logistics.
• Manage onsite coordination, registration, and attendee flow.
