Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a related field in tech/high-growth environments.
• Proven success managing cross-departmental initiatives with milestone tracking and on-time delivery.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while partnering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Flex initiatives across Product, GTM, and Ops.
• Operationalize strategic programs into scalable processes, governance, roles, metrics, and execution plans.
• Manage programs from design through launch, adoption, and optimization with detailed roadmaps and owners.
• Define, track, and drive accountability to business KPIs and program outcomes.
• Develop and maintain requirements, roadmaps, and readiness plans for new or evolving programs.
• Identify and manage risks, execution gaps, dependencies, and friction points; escalate early and mitigate.
