Cloud Software Group is seeking a Principal Operations Analyst, Flex Business Partner to lead complex initiatives and translate strategic programs into scalable operating models across Product, GTM, and Operations. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage end-to-end execution, and optimize rollouts with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives between Product and GTM teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Flex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes across Product, GTM and Operation teams.
• Operationalize strategic programs by translating objectives into scalable processes, governance, roles, metrics, and execution plans.
• Manage programs from design through launch, adoption, and optimization with detailed plans and ownership.
• Define, track, and drive accountability to business KPIs and program outcomes, using insights to close adoption gaps.
