Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort seeks a Strategic Program Manager to translate hotel priorities into an integrated CAPEX and operational plan. The role collaborates with the Americas Strategic Program Management team to align property actions with enterprise initiatives.

The candidate will blend operator judgment with program discipline and drive AI-enabled improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role within Hyatt's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Translate hotel, owner, Hyatt, and corporate priorities into a focused property agenda.
• Establish and manage the integrated plan for approved capital projects.
• Define outcomes, deliverables, milestones, owners, KPIs, and governance.
• Support Business Leads to define output scope for high priority initiatives.
• Manage issues, risks, and dependencies across the Essentials portfolio.
• Connect property to Americas and corporate initiatives; relay field insight.
• Maintain and optimize internal productivity and collaboration tools; provide training.
• Identify AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Develop change management strategy and execute campaigns.
• Demonstrate commitment to Hyatt core values in all responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate hotel operations priorities into an integrated plan with milestones.
• Lead CAPEX programs including scope, budget, schedule, and dependencies.
• Define governance and KPI tracking for priority initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Leads to clarify outputs and staffing.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Serve as property connector to enterprise initiatives and governance.
• Optimize tools usage (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and provide training.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to speed decision-making and reporting.
• Support change management and communications across leadership.
• Adhere to Hyatt values; perform additional duties as needed.
