Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Proven ability to communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and governance of complex strategic initiatives.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance, and performance measures.
• Coordinate across schools, departments, and external partners.
• Apply continuous improvement to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Monitor budgets, resources, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Provide executive briefings and progress reporting.
