Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs to drive differentiation for consumers and industry stakeholders within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions. You will own design and build-out of programs, manage partnerships, and drive revenue with a focus on test-to-treat initiatives and health-tech intersections.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and executional mindset to succeed in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience preferred.
• Direct experience with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer programs in labs/diagnostics.
• Experience in managing external partnerships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Inform program design and execution with market expertise and financial acumen.
• Foster relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.
• Collaborate with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams for alignment.
• Lead and own execution of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Define program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attend industry events to stay informed on market developments and opportunities.
