Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Informs program design and execution with market expertise and financial acumen.
• Fosters relationships with external partners essential to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams for internal alignment.
• Leads and owns execution of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Builds out program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
