Job summary

Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Senior Analytics Partner for its People Analytics team to shape analytics strategy and deliver data-driven insights that drive business impact. You will lead end-to-end projects, translate complex questions into actionable analyses, and present executive-ready narratives.

You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and senior leaders to advance AI-enabled analytics, upskill stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-value insights across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics and consulting/stakeholder-facing roles.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Analytics/Data Science, IO Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into analytics opportunities and measurable impact.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects with clear scope and executive-ready narratives.
• Create visualizations and stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop metrics for org health, talent reviews, and program/product impact.
• Automate recurring analytics tasks to improve efficiency and quality.
• Bridge HR/business needs and product teams to productize analytics into AI-native experiences.
