Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Business Programs Specialist within the Product & Technology division in Seattle. You will lead program management initiatives, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and translate data into actionable insights for business and technology stakeholders.

You will build dashboards, monitor milestones, and drive reporting practices while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and inform leadership decisions. This is a data-driven, fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
• Experience leading small to mid-scale programs end to end.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data-to-narrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute program management work across multiple workstreams.
• Provide status updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Create clear communication materials for stakeholders and leaders.
• Develop project schedules and prioritize tasks to hit milestones.
• Own dashboard/data sources and ensure data accuracy across KPI reporting.
