Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or program management, focusing on organizational processes.
• 8+ years of experience managing organizational rhythms (e.g., MBRs, OKR tracking, leadership summits) or executing internal communication strategies for operations.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team multiplier by proactively identifying and eliminating operational bottlenecks and administrative friction that impede daily work.
• Own the end-to-end OKR process for the organization, leading setup, tracking, and alignment of OKRs with minimal reporting overhead.
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings to keep the organization aligned and clear blockers.
• Build trusted partnerships across cross-functional groups to drive operational improvements.
• Look for ways to simplify how we work.
