Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience.
• 8+ years in business strategy, operations, or program management.
• 8+ years managing organizational rhythms (OKRs, RoB, leadership summits) or internal comms for ops.
• 8+ years managing cross-functional programs.
• Data center operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team multiplier for field teams by eliminating bottlenecks and friction.
• Own the end-to-end OKR process, ensuring clear objectives and minimal reporting overhead.
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings to keep the org aligned and blockers cleared.
• Build partnerships across cross-functional groups to drive improvements.
• Look for ways to simplify how we work.
