Job summary

You will coordinate stakeholders across offices and time zones, own end-to-end program management, and partner with leadership to drive operational improvements in a complex, global data-center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years in business strategy, operations, or program management.
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team multiplier by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and friction for field teams.
• Own the end-to-end OKR process for the organization, setup, tracking, and alignment.
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings to keep the organization aligned and blocked issues cleared.
• Build partnerships across cross-functional groups to drive operational improvements.
