Job summary

Google is seeking an Operations and Strategic Program Manager for the DCID Public Affairs team in San Francisco. You will backbone strategic program Management, governance of data integrity, and scalable operating frameworks across acquisitions, contracting, technology and business operations.

You will partner with leadership to drive OKRs, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment, translating priorities into repeatable processes and data-driven insights for executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and programmatic support for public affairs managers and lead local engagement.
• Serve as an ambassador representing Google in public forums and community panels.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft internal communications and bridge silos.
• Compile and present program metrics to leadership and support OKRs, budgets and QBRs.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between DCID, PAMs and other teams.
