Job summary

Google is seeking an Operations and Strategic Program Manager for the DCID Public Affairs Manager team. You will support land acquisitions and data center development, ensure data integrity, and help deploy SOPs and AI tools to streamline agreement flows.

You will partner with leadership to drive program cadence, including OKRs, budgeting, and executive communications, while ensuring scalable operational frameworks across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and programmatic support for public affairs managers, including contract management, budget tracking and pipeline reporting.
• Serve as a credible ambassador representing Google in public forums and community panels.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft internal communications and bridge silos (Engineering, Finance, Legal, BizOps).
• Collect, organize and present programmatic metrics to leadership and support OKRs, budgets and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and translate priorities across DCID and cross-functional teams.
