Job summary

Spring Venture Group is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead enterprise programs across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will oversee end-to-end survey lifecycle, manage the survey platform, and ensure we ask the right questions at pivotal moments in the customer journey.

The role requires expertise in program planning, risk management, and delivery excellence, with a focus on high-visibility initiatives that drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CX/VoC platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting dashboards
• Advanced stakeholder management and influence skills
• PMP preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and programs.
• Assist in identifying, developing, and executing OKRs to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Partner with Product teams and stakeholders to define strategy, scope, objectives, milestones.
• Develop, track, and communicate comprehensive project plans.
• Manage survey strategy and platform management (Qualtrics) within the customer journey.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Data teams to integrate survey feedback.
