Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee strategic transformation initiatives across Finance, Build Engine, Operations, HR, and IT in a fast-paced environment. You will build and execute complex plans, manage cross-functional stakeholders, identify risks, and drive initiatives to successful completion.

The role emphasizes leadership, executive communication, and the ability to influence decisions while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Finance or related field.
7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience managing projects across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
Strong understanding of PM methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management.
Ability to build detailed project plans and manage competing priorities.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication with executives.
Experience using PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and closeout activities for multiple enterprise transformation projects.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and risk registers.
Establish project governance, reporting structures, and communication plans to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Drive project execution while ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees to maintain momentum and accountability.
Monitor project health and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage project change requests and ensure appropriate stakeholder approvals.
Partner with business leaders across Finance, Build Engine, Operations, HR, IT, and other functional areas to gather requirements.
Coordinate efforts across internal teams, external consultants, and software implementation partners.
Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization to remove roadblocks and accelerate decision-making.
Drive accountability among project team members and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
