Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management, ops, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Strong data-driven approach to measure outcomes and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional programs aligned to strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholders across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Build program plans with KPIs and regular cadences.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resolve blockers with data-backed solutions.
• Improve cross-team velocity through scalable processes.
• Communicate updates to senior leadership with clarity.
• Lead change management to adopt new processes across the org.
