Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Innovation to shape long-term service capacity planning and the ROC's operating excellence. This role drives cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Product, and Customer Experience to map capacity, optimize projects, and scale initiatives globally.

You will lead a global team of Capacity Strategists and Process Improvement Leads, drive large-scale travel support projects, and continuously optimize internal workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Operations Strategy, Project Management, or Advanced Workforce Management.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Elite storytelling to build consensus with VP-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end strategic ROC initiatives and service deployments.
• Partner with Operations and Product to build capacity models and BI insights.
• Lead a global team of Capacity Strategists and Process Improvement Leads.
• Drive AI/automation initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
