Job summary

Kingsbury, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs, ensuring delivery aligns with schedules and budgets.

You will partner with Continuous Improvement leaders and cross-functional teams, manage risks, and implement standard work, governance, and reporting to drive timely outcomes.

Travel up to 10% may be required; experience with DoD contracts and manufacturing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating multiple projects or programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience applying project management tools, methodologies, and execution disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
• Preferred: DoD contracts experience, knowledge of FAR, PMP/PgMP/CAPM certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of programs from evaluation through completion with disciplined execution.
• Use manufacturing systems and dashboards to assess status, risks, and drive timely decisions.
• Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, schedules, budgets; monitor progress and risks.
• Identify gaps, constraints, dependencies; develop solutions and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and other functions.
