Job summary

Kingsbury, Inc. in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs and projects in alignment with business objectives, schedules, and resources.

You will partner with the Corporate Manager, Continuous Improvement & Programs, the CI Leader, and cross‑functional teams to ensure disciplined program delivery. Responsibilities include establishing plans, using PM tools and dashboards, monitoring budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating multiple programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and execution disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a crossfunctional, teambased setting.
• Familiar with DoD contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs from planning through completion.
• Use manufacturing systems, dashboards, and data to monitor status, identify risks, and support decisions.
• Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Identify gaps and dependencies, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and other teams.
• Support the development of Kingsbury's program-management capability and standardized processes.
• Provide coaching to project owners and teams to strengthen planning and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Incorporate change management and CI practices to improve execution discipline.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
