Job summary

HP is seeking a highly organized Business Operations and Program Manager to coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives across PS Strategy and STAR. You will partner with senior leaders, translate strategy into actionable programs, and drive measurable business impact.

This role reports to the SVP of PS Strategy and offers substantial scope across planning, execution, and leadership readiness. This role requires 12+ years in program management or strategy, exceptional organizational skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple cross-functional strategic and technology acceleration programs across PS Strategy and STAR, ensuring clear priorities, alignment and outcomes.
• Define clear project scopes, milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures to keep initiatives on track.
• Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Bring structure, pace, and operational rigor to programs—from strategy and planning through incubation, execution, and follow-through.
