Job summary

• Higher education experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs from scheduling through de-briefing of conferences and events.
• Engage with faculty and other stakeholders to address logistics and challenges.
• Oversee vendors and third parties, including negotiating prices and supervision.
• Coordinate travel and off-site events as needed.
• Provide administrative support and develop program reports and records.
