Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education.
• Experience with event platforms such as Eventbrite and 25Live.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and move tables/chairs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Event Manager in planning and hosting events, including scheduling facilities and negotiating costs.
• Offer tours to potential clients to explain spaces and restrictions.
• Process reservation requests, prepare setup reports, and resolve issues.
• Oversee facility requests via 25Live and coordinate vendor needs.
• Support internal clients on event logistics including catering, AV, transportation, and staffing.
• Ensure office readiness and assist Operations with ongoing support.
